Our Georgia-Pacific Green Bay Broadway facility is searching for a student interested in gaining experience as a Electrical Technician Co-Op or Intern. The schedule can be flexible around your school schedule with the goal targeting 20 hours a week. This role pays $23 an hour.
You will gain an understanding of safe work practices, troubleshooting, and automation equipment within a manufacturing environment. The Broadway mill utilizes a vast collection of electrical and instrumentation technology ranging from high voltage power generation, motion control, laser guided vehicles, programmable controllers, motors and drives and much more. Learn from highly skilled and talented technicians and engineers while gaining insight into a career in a challenging and rewarding industrial setting.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance such as calibrations and potentially IR and Ultrasonic rounds.
- Install equipment per engineering drawings.
- Troubleshoot equipment.
- Opportunity to perform programming.

Requirements:
- Enrolled in an applicable program to earn a degree.
- Ability to work safe. Capable of identifying hazards and adhering to safety requirements.
