Come grow with us! INVISTA is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our Supply Chain Process Excellence product team. As we continue to transform our Supply Chain capabilities, you will be responsible for driving, challenging, and leading continuous improvement in our processes and technologies that enable our customers to effectively utilize our products and reduce complexity in the user experience. Additionally, you will be providing executional support for global project initiatives and identifying process enhancements. As part of a global team, you will need to have good communication skills, a contribution mindset, be able to adapt to changing demands, and build strong relationships.

What You Will Do In Your Role

· Conduct analysis and research to determine best path for solving business problems and opportunities

· Understand and document complex business processes and translate into technical requirements

· Assist in the design and testing of data products to ensure they meet business requirements

· Construct flow and decision diagrams to document business processes

· Facilitate and lead communication when requirements need further clarification or adjustments due to technical constraints

· Quickly learn new systems and products based on business needs

· Integrate effectively with a team to execute project deliverables in a timely manner

· Collaborate proactively with internal product teams, vendors, and partners to solve problems that integrate across multiple processes creating long term value for INVISTA

· Drive and achieve improvement opportunities focusing on root cause analysis to enable self-serve, automation, eliminating old process and technologies, and continuous optimization of our long-term valued systems

· Work in conjunction with the Data and Analytics team to communicate Supply Chain data requirements and innovative ideas leveraging advanced analytics

    The Experience You Will Bring


    · Currently enrolled or graduate of a degree or certificate program related to one of the following areas: Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or 1+ years of commensurate IT experience

    · Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for fast-paced learning

    · Ability to identify process improvement opportunities in a process' current state and map the improved future state

    · Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

    · Ability to build strong genuine relationships

      What Will Put You Ahead

      · Prior Analyst, Product Analyst, or BSA experience

      · Experience managing IT/Software initiatives and projects (gathering and working through requirements, focusing on agile and iterative deliverables)

      · Experience working with SAP
