This internship will be at Georgia-Pacific, one of the world’s leading makers of tissue, pulp, packaging, and building products. You may recognize our household brands, such as Brawny® paper towels, Quilted Northern® bath tissue and Dixie® cups and tableware.

What You Will Do In Your Role  

  • Manage customer accounts with a high level of service & accuracy through the supply chain process, from order placement to invoicing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to support their needs, learn their trends, and become the primary interface to strengthen their supply chain efforts
  • Provide top level support to both internal and external customers through various communication methods including phone, email, and salesforce® in a timely manner
  • Manage and prioritize initiatives to meet both the needs of internal and external customers
  • Handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and prioritize daily tasks according to the current business needs.
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities, address gaps in current processes and suggest optimized ways of working to improve customer satisfaction and the team's efficiency.
  • Manage delivery inquiries promptly, communicating both progress and the outcome.
  • Ability to work in both a team and independent environment to service the needs of our customers and internal partners.

The Customer Solutions Specialist – Supply Chain Internship role creates value for the organization through customer interaction, order management, analyzing trends, problem solving and presenting innovative solutions. In this role you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and prioritization. 

    Our interns work alongside our employees to solve real problems and offer insights that benefit society through improving our products and services. In addition to being a contributor on their team, interns at Koch Companies learn about our unique Market-Based Management culture, enjoy a variety of networking events to promote lasting career connections, and partner with interns from other disciplines on case studies, and participate in our Innovation Challenge. These are just a few key aspects of our internship program. 

    We are hiring supply chain interns at our Green Bay, WI location for Summer 2023.  


    The Experience You Will Bring: 

    Requirements: 

    • Eligible candidates will be enrolled in a Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or Industrial Engineering degree program for the duration of the internship (May - August 2023) & be eligible for full time employment on or before May 2025.  

    Assets: 

    • Preferred candidates will be enrolled in a Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or Industrial Engineering degree program for the duration of the internship (May - August 2023) & be eligible for full time employment on or before May 2024.
